Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets

Shine can be good. Shiny cars, bikes, coins? Good things. Shiny faces? Thanks to your face producing oil in the sweltering summer months? Not really the most attractive feature.

Johnson & Johnson, thankfully, came up with a way to rid our face of too much shine (hello glistening T zone!) without smudging our makeup with their product, Clean & Clear Oil Absorbing Sheets. I keep a pack of these oil absorbing sheets in my purse and they have saved me multiple times as I run from work to errands to drinks to dinner to home in the heat - while my face subsequently runs from normal to slight shine to a little too oily to grease factory! The pack of 50 sheets usually lasts me a year and while they don’t feel like more than an extremely thin sheet of blue plastic, the sheets are positively magic for blotting away oil and excess shine especially around one’s nose and the aforementioned t-zone.

Think of it as a subtle, on-the-go mop for your face when faced with heat and humidity. And leave the shining for cars, and movies starring Jack Nicholson.
