LARABAR - uber Roasted Nut Roll

First, we want to apologize for the too long of an absence here at The Pink Mixer.  Second, we are very sorry about the lack of umlats in this post.  Third, um, have you tried these uber roasted nut rolls from LARABAR?

Any sort of energy/power bar sort of food isn't necessarily our favorite.  Too many of them taste waxy and are far too chewy.  However, on a whim and determined to find some sort of (at least semi) healthy snack for the mid-day craving, we decided to give these bars a shot.  And lo and behold, we've found a filling snack that doesn't ...ahem...remind you a large wad of ear wax.  While we can't speak for the other uber bars in the line-up, we can certainly vouch for the roasted nut roll.  The perfect blend of salty and sweet, it has become our go-to snack in times of need and/or severe hunger.  So grab one and get moving.  Or whatever other uber thing you feel like doing...umlats or not.
